Both ranches represent several generations of native Coloradans - all of which have been or are currently active in civic and cattle industry organizations, holding prominent leadership positions in both. A love of the land and its animals runs deep in our core beliefs. The health of the natural resources we care for drives our livelihood and it’s something we take seriously.

Through leased land and long standing partnerships, RVB is able to offer beef each month throughout the year.

Food, Families & Sustainability

Todd Inglee

At Ralston Valley Beef, we love bringing families together. Whether it’s for a summer BBQ, a fork tender roast in the fall, or the crowning glory of a holiday meal, family and wholesome beef go hand-in-hand.

We believe in being as sustainable as possible and work hard to reduce our footprint by utilizing local resources whenever possible. We care for the land, animals, and natural resources with which we have been entrusted. It’s our goal to improve the land, our local communities, and enrich the families we serve over our lifetime - helping them leave legacies that last generations.

Our stewardship efforts were recognized when RVB’s owner, Todd Inglee, was presented with the 2012 Environmental Leader Award by the National Young Farmers Educational Association in Washington, D.C. The national award recognizes young producers who integrate environmental management into their overall business and production plans. Inglee was recognized for his entrepreneurship and conservation work with water quality and range restoration on his family’s Colorado ranch.

We understand what it takes to feed a family these days, the desire to provide the best food possible, and the importance of being responsible stewards of the land. That’s what Ralston Valley Beef is all about...
